1. Cannot track driver based on their location nor contact them, so we cannot know where they are. I only got my orders >2 hours from my order time, without any informations on where my orders were. 2. 14045 CS was not responsive at all. Cannot go through the operator. Tried countless times. 3. Bad app experience. App is slow and has a bad interface + lack of features. Very disappointing overall. Please do better next time. 🙏

Such a deceptive app. It always sends a notification that the driver is on its way within seconds of placing the order. Guess what? 10 mins later, the store will call to inform you that all the drivers are out, so expect delays. I don't know if it's a bug in the app, or if the store purposely gaming the system to score high in their delivery metrics. Other than that, everything is ok though.

Super disappointed. I've been using this app for a couple of years and it worked well. Few hours ago, I updated the app but suddenly, my address is out of the coverage area?! HOW COME?! My house was covered before (Denpasar City)?! Honestly, is this app really upgraded? It looks like it's a downgrade for me. Better fix the bug McDonald's Indonesia, so I can put my order again. I'll change my rating if you fix your bug.
